Sharlynn Verner

Director of Communications / Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor

Sharlynn Verner is the Director of Communications and Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. She has spent most of her life in music, first touring as a lead singer with the Kansas City-based band "far beyond frail," and now happily singing each Sunday with Asbury's own Chancel Choir and Worship Team.

When she's not actually at the church, you can find Sharlynn lounging at home with her two cats, Birdy and Fredo, and singing random silly songs with her boyfriend, Elam, while challenging each other which one of them can harmonize better to the vacuum cleaner.
